BudgetTracker, Inc. may not be held responsible for any misconduct or misuse of text on the Message Boards or Private Message Boards. BudgetTracker, Inc. will frequently monitor the site to make sure all messages are kept at a respectful level of discourse. Profanity, misuse, or abusive conduct is prohibited on the Message Boards. BudgetTracker, Inc. has the right to restrict or remove user access to the Message Boards for any reason at our sole discretion. File Storage
Our File Storage service is hosted by <a href="http://aws.amazon.com/s3">Amazon's S3 Service</a>. Our File Subscription includes up to 2gigabytes of storage on their servers. BudgetTracker, Inc. may not be help responsible for any loss of data or servers going down which is caused by Amazon.com. BudgetTracker, Inc. does not permit obsene or offensive images and reserves the right to stop service at any time. If your service has been turned off for any reason, you may request a 3 day opening to download all your files to your computer by emailing us at service@budgettracker.com.

User DataBudgetTracker, Inc. will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve all data provided but BudgetTracker, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or purged data. You are responsible for archiving your own data and backing it up on a regular basis by clicking the "Download Now!" link in the Download Transactions section. All text data will be stored encrypted and will not be disclosed to anyone unless required by law. BudgetTracker, Inc. will do everything within power to keep information confidential. If information is to be disclosed by law, we will attempt to notify you by email, before any information is released. Under no circumstances will BudgetTracker, Inc. be responsible for the expense of lost data or consequential damages, whether foreseeable damages or not, due to data loss.

Hold Harmless
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BudgetTracker, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages or costs (including but not limited to attorneys fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of the Terms of Service or your infringement, of any intellectual property or other right of any other person or entity. We recognize the sensitivity of the information you are submitting. We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers or any other entity for any purpose.
