Features

BudgetTracker comes with a full featured Transaction Registry allowing you to keep track of every detail of your budget and transaction history. Below are some features that come with your Transaction Registry:
  • Advanced Search capabilities allowing you to fine tune the Transactions you'd like to view.
  • Ability to color code your transactions either by alternating colors, past/present/future, or define your own colors to make it easier to read your transactions.
  • Ability to download your transactions by the date you choose to an Excel Spreadsheet or CSV file.
  • Upload your receipts and tie them to your transactions making it easy to find those receipts around tax time.
  • Apply your transaction to an expense report to give to your company for work related expenses.
  • Enter Gas Mileage for transactions that are paid for Gasoline.
  • Assign your transaction a Category, a Tag, or both.
  • View your transactions by individual Accounts or all Accounts at once.
  • Split your transactions to as many categories as you need and each split will get assigned to your budget.
  • Import your transactions manually from your Bank or sign up for AutoSync to have them automatically downloaded from your Bank.
  • Upload support for QIF, OFX, and CSV formats
